Stability issues in your workers' summary are a sum of three different issues. Worker is marked with stability issues based on yesterday's performance. Issues are rechecked and recalculated once per day. You can check health status of your worker in diagnostic page as well.
Stability rate depends on your uptime and is calculated based on the amount of time your rig was online in the monitored period. It is calculated based on saved entries in your hashrate chart and number of times your rig rebooted or got errors that affect uptime. Worker has poor stability rate if it was mining for less than 95% of time in monitored period.
How to solve? Make sure to keep your rig online and mining for longer period of time without reboots or console errors. You can examine the reasons why your worker was offline on the worker's profile.
