The materials on minerstat's website are provided "as is". Minerstat makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Results from mining calculator, algorithms' pages, coins' pages, hardware pages, and miners' pages are estimations based on the current difficulty, block reward, and exchange rate of that particular coin. For the reward calculations we use official coin sources. For the coin prices, we use the API provided by Coinpaprika and CoinGecko. For pool's rewards estimations, we use the API provided by these pools. Errors can occur, so your investment decision shouldn't be based on the results of these pages.
In no event shall minerstat or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on minerstat's website, even if minerstat or a minerstat authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
In some parts, minerstat service depends on 3rd-party API data (such as but not limited to coin exchange rate, mining profitability, or balance on wallets and pools). In no event shall minerstat or its suppliers be liable for any disrupted, incorrect, or unavailable data or negative effect, damage, or results this may cause.
In some cases, when it is absolutely necessary for debugging and troubleshooting purposes and only per customer's help request, minerstat technical support can use remote console to connect to the customer's system. Minerstat employees will never access the system without customer's prior knowledge or outside the live communication with the customer. Remote console can be disabled by the customer or by technical support per customer's request or by firewall/router settings.
The materials appearing on minerstat's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Minerstat may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Any claim relating to minerstat's website shall be governed by the laws of France without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If customer doesn't extend their tier package before the expiration date, their account is demoted to a Limited account and enters the grace period. In the grace period the access to the dashboard is limited to the workers list and billing order pages since the account holds more workers than available in the plan. If the tier account isn't upgraded for the next twenty seven (27) days, all but one worker are automatically removed from the dashboard, along with the statistics, custom configuration, users and customers, and all other data connected to the removed workers and accounts. This action is irreversible and data cannot be restored. Before the account expires, system will try to notify the customer by sending 4 e-mails with notification about the expiration. E-mails are send: 7 days before the expiration, 3 days before the expiration, 1 day before the expiration and at the moment the account expires.
If customer doesn't extend their minerstat add-on before the expiration date, their account enters the grace period that lasts 3 days. After 3 days, all benefits of the add-on are canceled and data connected to it is removed. Before the add-on expires, system will try to notify the customer by sending 4 e-mails with notification about the expiration. E-mails are send: 7 days before the expiration, 3 days before the expiration, 1 day before the expiration, and at the moment the add-on expires.
All accounts holding more workers than what their package holds have limited paid functionalities. The ability to browse through the workers list is preserved. Such accounts are required to either delete the exceeding number of workers or upgrade their account to higher number of workers within 7 days, otherwise the exceeding workers will be removed.
All inactive* workers will be automatically deleted from the user's dashboard and all inactive** accounts will be automatically deleted from the database along with worker settings, e-mail address, statistics, assigned coupons, and all other custom settings and entries that user has saved in their account. All of the user's mined earnings are available on the pool they were mining to. Minerstat has no access or control over the pools' terms and conditions, so each user should keep up with the pool's terms regarding the rewards and their expiration times.
*Inactive worker is a worker on a Limited account that hasn't been seen online for 6 days. Seen online means mining for more than 30 minutes so that minerstat statistics server detects its mining activity.
**Inactive account is a Limited account that hasn't been logged in to the web dashboard for 62 days and has no workers added to the dashboard.
Each user is responsible for the security of their own account. You agree that you will keep your account secure, keep your access key a secret, and enable 2FA on the dashboard. To reset lost or forgotten 2FA, user can contact [email protected] and minerstat support staff will guide them through the recovery process.
All important events, information, news, updates, changes, and notifications are being published on the minerstat's changelog website that is publicly accessible on https://minerstat.com/changelog You are taking the full responsibility of following and staying informed of the relevant content that we publish there. Everything published is taken as read and understood by you.
In no event shall minerstat or its suppliers be liable for unsupported hardware - either if it is unsupported from the beginning, partially supported, or if manufacturer removes or limits the support in any later phase. Since it is in the mining market's nature to change quickly and all of a sudden, not all changes can be applied in a reasonable time or at all.
All workers in a Limited account are automatically removed after 6 days of inactivity and all inactive accounts are automatically removed after 62 days of inactivity. However, any user can request account and data removal at any time by solving the form that is available in the Settings menu or by sending a request to [email protected] - we will remove the account and data connected to it within 48 hours.
User is allowed to activate a free trial promotion only once.
Minerstat offers various options of live support, including chat widget on the website and direct communications on different social networks and platforms (such as Discord, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, etc). We ask our customers to describe the issue they are having in the most possible details and in a polite way so that our support staff can help. We believe in direct and honest communication. In case of offensive, insulting, or disrespectful communication, our support staff can take a right to terminate live support and continue support only through e-mail. If unacceptable behavior from the customer's side continues, minerstat can take a right to refuse extension of customer's account, terminating relationship once the customer's current account will expire.
Donation addresses (also known as "Demo addresses" or "Testing addresses") are predefined wallet addresses that come with each new user account. Main purpose of such addresses are faster startup and testing various configurations without extra work needed from the user's side. Donation addresses are anonymous and are not tied to any specific account for identification and therefore the balance cannot be withdrawn by or to the user. It is user's sole responsibility to change the donation addresses to their own addresses and set up a proper worker's configuration once they have stopped with the testing. User is notified about mining to the donation address on the workers' list and the worker's profile.
White label is a special type of licence that helps you represent the data from minerstat in your own colors and under your own conditions. You can learn more about what we offer on white label page or in our introductionary blog post.
You can resell the access to your minerstat account by creating customers or use customers feature to organize workers to better fit your business. The public profiles without special licence are only available through minerstat pages. There are two different licences available: branding licence and enterprise licence. The first licence allows you to design the public profile to better fit your needs (limited to layouts, fonts, colors, and content possibilities defined by minerstat). The enterprise licence allows you the same as branding licence, but also gives you an option to add a custom menu with up to 5 custom links, remove minerstat copyright, add your own Google Analytics code, and host the customer profile on your own domain (by setting CNAME to point your own domain to minerstat's domain).
Documentation is available on minerstat's help page, through Medium blog posts, but we also offer help through e-mail support and Discord live chat.
Customer profiles are still hosted on minerstat's hosting provider, meaning that the materials are provided "as is". Minerstat makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, minerstat does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
White label can be purchased as a service - an add-on - through minerstat billing for the period of one year. The price for each licence is visible at the billing page.
Customer profiles, final design, and content are the intellectual property of minerstat.
