How to change access key or worker name on ASIC Hub?

This article is divided into two parts - in the first part you will find instructions on how to handle access key changes and in the second part you will find instructions on how to change worker's name.

Changing access key

To change the access key ASIC Hub should monitor, you first need to uninstall ASIC Hub from the monitoring machine.

  1. Open terminal on your Linux, Mac, or Raspberry Pi machine.
  2. Run uninstallation script.
  3. After that, run the installation script once again and enter new access key to the wizard.

Linux/Raspberry Pi

The script for uninstalling ASIC Hub from Linux or Raspberry Pi is:

wget -O - https://minerstat.com/nonssh-uninstall | bash

The script for installing ASIC Hub to Linux or Raspberry Pi is:

wget -O - https://minerstat.com/nonssh-install | bash

Mac

The script for uninstalling ASIC Hub from Mac is:

curl -L -s https://minerstat.com/nonssh-uninstall | bash -s

The script for installing ASIC Hub to Mac is:

curl -L -s https://minerstat.com/nonssh-install | bash -s

Changing worker name

If you want to change worker name, you can do that from workers' list by clicking the pencil icon for editing.

This option will allow you to:

  • Rename your worker;
  • Change ASIC's local IP;
  • Change ASIC's username;
  • Change ASIC's password.
