What is support ID and where can I find it?
Support ID is a unique identifier that gets generated specifically for your account every hour. It is a code that you can share with minerstat support staff so we will be able to identify your account and help you with the troubleshooting. Even if you accidentally share your support ID with anyone outside minerstat, you don't have to worry as others won't be able to identify you or your account by this code.
Support ID is different than your access key and it is not connected to it in any way.
Where can you find your support ID?
You can find your support ID by clicking on your avatar in the top right corner to open the user menu. Your support ID is listed at the bottom of the menu. Before you share your support ID with support staff, refresh the page to obtain the fresh support ID.
