GPU(s) displayed as Unknown
In case your GPUs are not displayed with their model name (for example, GTX 1080Ti, RX 580, etc.) do note that this is only a display interface issue and all other functionalities should work as expected. There are several different reasons why the GPU name and model cannot be recognized and displayed:
- Disk is out of space;
- Internal GPU is enabled (but should be disabled);
- GPUs are modded so their names cannot be identified;
- We haven't yet added the model name to our database (which is usually not the case with popular models) - you can notify us and we will update it.
