Diagnostic: Summary - Missing data
A missing data audit is part of a real-time summary section and available under the summary tab in the diagnostic. It shows the number of workers with a specific issue: missing temperature data and missing fan data. The more workers with undetected hardware data you have, the lower the grade.
You can improve the missing data grade by reducing the number of issues. This includes the following fixes:
- Re-check your overclocking settings and if necessary remove ClockTune profile to see if these settings are causing the troubles.
- Switch to another mining client to see if you are having issues only with one mining client.
- If this is happening on ASIC, re-check if all boards are correctly detected and don't have any issues (for example, if you have 3 boards and 2 fans on the ASIC and 2 fans are reported on the dashboard, this doesn't mean that missing data on 3rd fan is problematic since the 3rd fan doesn't exist at all).
