Outage compensation
Paying accounts can automatically receive outage compensation for the minerstat subscription in form of minerstat credits for their workers or their customers' workers were offline. You can find your credits account here.
Outage compensation is eligible for:
- All workers on paying accounts and customers' accounts that weren't mining (even empty slots).
- Offline status is measured through historical charts. If your worker is going online/offline, this is not considered as an outage. Outages are checked few minutes before every full hour and worker must be offline for at least 2 entries within last hour to be eligible for outage compensation.
- You have read and agreed with minerstat credits (msc) policy you can find on credits page.
