How to disable fast startup on Windows?

If you see your Windows worker is reporting unusual system uptime, you might need to disable fast startup on Windows.

Open Control Panel.

Click on Power Options.
Click on Choose what the power buttons do.
Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable.
