How to set up lolMiner?

lolMiner is developed by Lolliedieb and it started as an Equihash-variant-focused mining client. By addind new algorithms, lolMiner now covers a lot of popular algorithms (including Ethash, Etchash, and BeamHash) for both Nvidia and AMD.You can use it with both Linux mining OS and Windows mining software. The dev fee for mining with mining client varies from 0.7% to 2.5% depending on the algorithm.

In this guide, we will show you how to set up ETC mining on lolMiner.

Open address editor and save the pool and wallet for mining ETC. Pool for mining ETC will be saved under (POOL:ETC) tag and wallet for mining ETC will be saved under (WALLET:ETC) tag.

Select LOLMINER as a default mining client in your worker's config.

LOLMINER's client's configuration is defined as:

The pool and wallet tags will be automatically replaced with the values you have entered in the first step in the address editor. (WORKER) tag will be automatically replaced with your worker's name, so you don't have to enter it manually.

Please note that lolMiner uses the parameter "COIN", which means that if you select any other coin aside of ETC, you will need to change this value as well. Otherwise the config won't work.

To start saving logs for lolMiner, add the parameter "LOG" : 1 to your mining configuration.

Save changes and wait for mining client to restart. You are now mining ETC with lolMiner.
