If you are unable to see colors in the mining client's console when mining with minerstat Windows application, it is because of the snapshot feature being enabled.
Snapshot is an advanced feature that allows remote checking of your mining client's console output from the minerstat dashboard. The effect of having such feature enabled is sometimes missing logs, missing colors, or other anomalies on the mining client's console screen.
If you prefer checking mining client's output on your rig, you can run SnapshotControl.exe to toggle between on and off state. After SnapshotControl.exe is opened and executed, you will need to close down the application and open it again.
You can find SnapshotControl.exe in the same main C:\minerstat-windows folder where you installed the minerstat application.
