Claymore stopped working for ETH on epoch #379

With ETH reaching epoch #379 Claymore mining client stopped working properly on all rigs - doesn't matter how many GB the card has.

The error on Claymore will show DAG generation error or different error messages such as clcreatebuffer(-61).

To solve this issue, you will need to use a different mining client. A list of supported mining clients for ETH can be found on ETH mining calculator page on the left sidebar with Phoenix, TeamRedMiner, lolMiner, NBMiner, Nanominer and T-Rex being recommended for first try:

  • BMiner for Nvidia for msOS and Windows
  • Ethminer for Nvidia and AMD for msOS and Windows
  • Gminer or Nvidia for msOS and Windows
  • Gminer AMD for AMD for msOS and Windows
  • lolMiner for Nvidia and AMD for msOS and Windows
  • Nanominer for Nvidia and AMD for msOS and Windows
  • NBMiner for Nvidia for msOS and Windows
  • Phoenix for Nvidia and AMD msOS and Windows
  • SRBMiner-Multi for AMD for msOS and Windows
  • TeamRedMiner for AMD for msOS and Windows
  • T-Rex for Nvidia for msOS and Windows

You can change your mining client in your worker's config.
